The house, became one of the places to learn to make and process and develop tempe into a small business for residents of RT 3 Yakyu, Rawabiru Village, Sota District, Merauke Regency, Papua.

The inauguration ceremony for the establishment of the tempe house was carried out by Postal Commander (Danpos) Yakyu Letda Inf I Komang Adhi together with RT 03 Head Yakyu Mr. Lukas Robert Maiwa, attended by local residents.

The soldiers also painstakingly provided hands-on training in how to make tempeh. The training starts from theory and continues with practice, so that citizens can know and understand how to make tempeh properly.

Komang said, this tempe house as a place to learn and practice residents made tempe for daily consumption. If the residents have been able to make tempeh, mass production will begin, to meet the needs of the community in Kampung Rawabiru.

"In the future, soldiers and residents will also plant tempe raw materials, namely soybeans together. Hopefully all of these tempe houses, in addition to meeting consumption for residents of RT 3 Yakyu, can also be a small business to increase economic income so as to improve the welfare of citizens. , "he said.
